2. How did you hear about our school and why are you interested in volunteering?
3. Please describe any teaching experience that you have.
4. Please describe any significant travel experiences that you have had.
5. Do you speak or have you studied any other languages besides English?
6. What are your future plans?
7. What is your religion and/or denomination, if any?
8. What worries you the most when you think about living overseas for a year?
9. Do you foresee any difficulties with raising the necessary funds ($4,000 for airfare, room & board)?
10. Please go to http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp. Take the personality test there and type your results (the four-letter code plus the percentages).
11. Please provide the email addresses of two people (non-relatives) who we could contact as references. One should be a former employer and the other a mentor or teacher.
12. Is there anything else we should know about you? (e.g. - major health concerns, criminal convictions, etc.)
